Belgian broadcaster VTM has acquired free-to-air broadcast rights for the UEFA Champions League in Belgium, namely in the nation’s Dutch-speaking Flanders region. As per the terms of the three year deal, which will run through the end of the 2023/2024 season, VTM will show Tuesday evening UCL matches for the next three seasons on its family of channels.
VTM shares the dutch language UEFA Champions League rights with Telenet. First choice of match selection goes to VTM on Tuesday and Wednesday match days. VTM also acquired the UEFA Champions League highlight and a magazine programme package.
