British broadcaster Sky has secured UK Premier League rights from 2022/23 through 2025. The multi-platform network has struck a deal for 128 live EPL matches annually. The list of fixtures features some of the league’s biggest clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Tottenham. Sky’s agreement with the Premier League allows viewers to enjoy matches from different slots every season, including some matches on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. The EPL on Sky UK channels is available in high definition and consists of additional programming such as highlights, match analysis, and more.
Sky Sports has acquired multi-platform EPL broadcast rights in the UK. Though Sky’s package in the 2019/20 season consisted of 128 live Premier League games, their match offering was boosted to 140 games ahead of the 2020/21 season after their coverage was extended by 12 additional fixtures. However, for the 2021/22 season, Sky will have exclusive live coverage of 128 matches. The network will provide coverage matches on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on Mondays or Fridays. Subscribers in the UK will be able to stream the EPL matches live and on demand using Sky’s OTT service Sky Go, on their mobile devices. NOW is another option for those who don't want to be tied in to a contract and still enjoy daily or monthly streaming options.
